Cancellation & Reschedule Policy - Arcadia Esthetics will charge a 50% cancellation or reschedule fee for any no shows or cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. When you cancel within the 24 hour window, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients. We understand that emergencies happen, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Please cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours by text (484) 531-7288 or email arcadiaestheticsco@gmail.com during normal business hours. Late Policy - If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, this will result in the appointment being canceled, and will be considered a no show. A 50% charge will be applied to the card on file. Guests and children policy - No extra guests unless they are also receiving a service, no children, or pets are allowed during your appointment. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Duty to inform policy - Your health and safety are of utmost importance, your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is required. Arcadia Esthetics LLC will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered when a client has failed to inform Sarah of contraindicating conditions.
